Chef Rudy creates Ravioli Amarcord to honor Fellini

The party "LA MAGIA DI FELLINI PARTY" hosted at the Castro theater in San Francisco included the special Ravioli ai carciofi Amarcord prepared by the Italian restaurants C’Era Una Volta.

Chef Rudy also presented the Fellini cocktail, a refreshing new drink created especially to celebrate the director’s centenary with Fabbri Marendry e Lemoncocco.
