Gnocchi ai Tartufo  - Truffle filled gnocchi with porcini mushroom cream sauce finished with truffle oil, grated Parmesan & black pepper.

Melanzane alla Parmigiana - Roasted eggplant layered with walnut basil pesto, tomato sauce, and mozzarella and parmesan. Side is assorted roasted vegetables.

Portobello & Lenticchie - Roasted portobello cap stuffed with garlic sautéed spinach, lentils, and onions, topped with crushed cashews. Side: assorted roasted vegetables.. (Vegan upon request.)

Ravioli ai Carciofi - Artichoke filled ravioli with a cream & walnut sauce finished with grated Parmesan & black pepper.

Risotto con Zucca - Carnaroli rice sautéed with squash, onion, celery & sage finished with grated Parmesan & black pepper. (Vegan upon request.)

Tagliolini con Branzino - Fresh egg pasta and lightly spicy tomato sauce with Branzino finished with parsley and black pepper.  

Grigliata Mista - Mixed Grill - Lamb chops, herbed Tuscan ribs, and house-made Italian sausage. Side: assorted roasted vegetables.
