Alameda's 26th Annual Art & Wine Faire

 Bring the whole family to Alameda for the annual celebration of art and wine on historic Park Street. Two full days of fun in the sun with crafts, music, and, of course, food. C'era Una Volta will be serving delicious Italian fair, fine wines, and a full helping of beautiful music.

Saturday: Tara Linda from 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Sunday: Jim Higgins from 11:30am - 1:30pm

 C'era Una Volta in Alameda's 4th of July Parade

The C'era Una Volta family will be sailing in style this 4th of July as they cruise through Alameda in a real Venetian gondola. This will be the second year that C'era Una Volta has joined forces with Servizio Gondole, which offers gondola rides on Oakland's Lake Merritt, to process through the city in Alameda's annual 4th of July Parade.

The parade starts Sunday at 10am at the base of Park Street and wends its way around the island to end at the judges' platform on Webster and Lincoln. Come out and enjoy the festivities and be sure to yell "Viva Italia" when you see the gondola glide by!

Artist Openings - Wall space at C'era Una Volta is filled each month with the works of a different local artist.  Doubling as an art gallery, C'era Una Volta proudly christens each new exhibit with an art opening party to welcome in the friends and patrons of our local partners.  Please contact us if you are interested in showing your work or if you would like to purchase a piece you have seen on our walls. Trivia Night - We hold an action-packed, theme-based Trivia Night each month on the last Tuesday of the month.  Join us for a rousing good time with a partner or a group of friends, paired with a special fixed-price menu, and of course our all-Italian wine list. Prizes are awarded to the winners of the evening! Check our Upcoming Events page for the next Trivia Night and reservation info.

Flamenco Night (Una Noche Flamenca) - Virginia Iglesias and her Flamenco Dance Company join us occasionally throughout the year for an evening of enchanting Flamenco dance, paired with a limited multi-course menu tailored by Chef Rudy Duran to create a dinner experience far beyond the expected.  Fixed price includes dinner and seating with a view of the show.  As always, children's menus are available upon request. 

Holiday Special Menus - Whether it's Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, or New Year's, C'era Una Volta eases the pressure of a hectic holiday agenda by holding one of our favorite tables under your name, with specially designed holiday menus to reflect the spirit of the season.  Avoid the reservation rush and be the first to book your table for that special day.

Musical Guests -  From bell ringers to jazz singers, C'era Una Volta is continuously showcasing musical talent in Alameda and the greater Bay Area.  Check back frequently to our Events page to see who will be playing next.

Wine Events - C'era Una Volta has one of the few all Italian wine lists in Northern California, featuring selections from over 50 Italian wines and boasting the title of Best Wine List in 2007 by Alameda Magazine readers. Occasionally, we hold special wine tastings and events in the restaurant. Reservations recommended.
